Chapter 3 - "The Church Connection"

Below you will find a flow chart  with details for the Seller, the Fixer, the Church that brought them together and the Co-Ministers of that Church.   

 Some may find this crass or inappropriate, before they read the details.  Others may view it as excessively personal and arbitrary, until they realize that one of the Co-Minister's of this "non faith based church" that focuses on ethics and legal justice, is an ex Litigation Attorney with a spouse that is first generation German. 

Pardon my Frankfurt French, but I do NOT think of Litigation Attorneys as being ideal leaders for any Ethical or Spiritual studies, with the Exception of Robert F. Kennedy Jr . I only feel that way about him because he's dedicated a lifetime to transparency and worthwhile causes, while sharing about his own shortcomings in a transparent way. 

It wasn't until we looked into this Church that we found one possible source of significant suggestion that "might have" made a fully "illogical contract" feel "okay" to Micah. 

Instead of suspending these facts until later in the story,  we wanted to plant a seed for you to ponder earlier.

When you realize just how deep these two went into a multi-layered scheme while exploiting every single illogical clause in a contract that does NOT represent California law, with a lot of non-intuitive legal strategy involved, wondering where the belief in contracts, regardless of logic and source,  may be less challenging.  

In summary, details for the Church and the Ministers have been included in the diagram because we view the source of their "ethical guidance" as something that must NOT be totally dismissed, and that will make a lot more sense when you see the level to which these two individuals conspired to Sell a Home with concealed defects and disclosure omissions abounding.  

The question will eventually be asked. "From where did they get the confidence to try to lie so much?" 

 All who ask it are now going to question the source of their "ethical teachings",  sooner rather than later, right or wrong.  

NOTE:  At the time of formal publication, the Co-Ministers had been contacted via email, briefed on the situation with ethical and legal concerns clearly explained, and asked if they would be interested in getting involved in trying to rectify this very gross ethical and legal matter involving two of their Congregation Members.  They were asked for support and intervention because of the "legal background" shared publicly by Elaine and her expressed interest in "community outreach and social justice".  They replied and they expressed no interest in getting involved.
