Stress is not something we can avoid but it can be used as motivation to accomplish tasks. Stress is what pushes us to complete a project on time or to run from danger. When we ignore the stress and do not complete the task then it can turn into unhealthy stress or distress. Distress is a term for negative stress and eustress refers to positive stress.
