Test 1
Arabidopsis was just planted so there was no observation.
Test 2
There was lots of new growth in the mutant experiment and control
The wild type plants haven't broken the surface yet.
Test 3
The first sprouts started showing in the wild type plants.
Test 4
Mutant plants start growing the long stalk .
Wild type plants have no stalk.
Test 5
Wild type plants still look very small with not much growth.
The mutant plants continue to grow while also obtaining a purple color to the leaves.
Test 6
Wild type plants finally grow their tall stalks.
The mutant control looks more purple.
Both the mutant and wild type leaves have started to die.
Test 7
Reddish color continues to spread up the Mutant Experimental bolts.
Test 8
All plants are dead or nearly dead at this point.
The reddish-purple color on the mutant has spread throughout the entire bolt of the mutant experimental plant.
Mutant Control rosettes have turned yellow, although their bolts remained green.
Wild-type plants have acquired a slight red color.

All plants are dead. The experiment is finished.
