Hi, I'm Lauren - a passionate dog lover, professional groomer and the proud owner of Bruce & Co.
Since setting up Bruce & Co in September 2025, I have won a UK Small Business Award for 'highly recommended' Best New Business, placed 2nd in Pet Stylist Groom Off in the Asian Fusion category, and in March 2026 will be competing at the very first edition of the dog grooming competition at the worlds most prestigious dog show, known as Crufts.
I am thrilled to be working within Charlies Doggy Daycare, from their bespoke grooming room which is a lovely, calm environment for my four-legged clients!
Lauren was absolutely amazing with my dogs . Could not be happier with how she treats them and the brilliant grooming, looked wonderful.
Samoyed and Japanese Spitz are not the easiest to groom but they ended up beautiful and not stressed at all.

My fur baby looked beautiful when I picked her up. It was my first time taking her to a new groomers and Lauren went above and beyond to make myself and Winnie comfortable. She kept me updated with the process and I’ve never seen Winnie as comfortable with groomer as what she was with Lauren. We will definitely become regulars now.
Lauren was wonderful with our shihtzu. I thought he might have been a bit tricky for her as its only his 2nd time with a groomer and the first groomer didn't have much luck with him. Lauren had everything in hand and Arlo seemed totally relaxed with her. He looked and smelt amazing. we booked our next appointment there and then.
