My career with animals began back in 2017 as a veterinary receptionist, before gaining experience in dog walking, rescue work with the RSPCA, and doggy daycare. But my true passion has always been grooming. During the pandemic lockdown, when my two miniature poodles couldn’t get to the groomers, I taught myself the basics before training professionally in a UK salon.

In 2022, life took me The Netherlands where I set up my own successful grooming business. Over 2.5 years I have honed my skills, developed an interest for Asian fusion style grooming, and offered sedation-free Emmi-Pet teeth cleaning. After returning home in April 2025, I’m thrilled to be bringing my experience (and creativity!) back to the UK. I started my journey into competitive grooming in November 2025, and have placed 2nd in Pet Stylist Groom Off.

I really enjoy the art of dog grooming; seeing a big transformation and watching a dog become a teddy bear within their 2 hour appointment is just my favourite thing ever!

At home, I’ve got two much-loved poodles: Bess (9) and Bruce (6) who have been around for the whole journey. Bruce is my little shadow and will often be spotted around the salon charming everyone he meets
