Raider Rack will be a school store operating in the School District of Bruce by the Future Business Leaders of America chapter members and business education department students.  We are eager to officially launch Raider Rack to assist in fostering an increased sense of community and school spirit along with helping students develop employability and technical skills. 

To achieve this sense of community and school spirit we would provide a unique selection of school clothing, produced by both our business and marketing students in addition to other venders, that is not offered through other apparel fundraisers. We want to make Red Raider products financially and logistically accessible to all students.

MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to construct a space where students are able to develop valuable skills and explore marketing functions while maintaining a community-driven space for students, staff, and stakeholders within the Bruce School District.

GOALS

• to create an operation that is self-sustainable

STUDENT LEADERSHIP

To participate in the operation of Raider Rack, you must be an active member of our Future Business Leaders of America chapter and take Marketing I and II.  

Students can apply for the following positions in the Raider Rack:

• Store Manager

Oversees daily store operations, ensures the store runs smoothly, and coordinates with other team members. Manages schedules, inventory, and customer service. Provides leadership and supports team collaboration. 

• Finance Manager

Handles the store's financial records, including tracking sales, managing budgets, and recording transactions. Prepares financial reports and ensures accurate cash handling. 

• Marketing Manager

Promotes the store through creative advertising, social media, and school announcements. Develops campaigns to boost awareness and increase sales. Works on branding and customer engagement strategies. 

• Merchandising Manager

Manages product displays and inventory organization. Ensures shelves are stocked, items are attractively presented, and new merchandise is rotated in. Works closely with suppliers or ordering processes.
