A career pathway is a roadmap that helps you plan your journey toward a specific job or career. It shows the steps you can take—like classes, training, and work experiences—to build the skills and knowledge you need to reach your career goals.
Along the way, you can also join Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs). These groups give you real-world, hands-on experiences such as competing at regional, state, and national levels, shadowing professionals on the job, attending leadership events, meeting people in your chosen industry, and much more.
