This year the focus is American history from early settlers and indigenous peoples through industrialization.

If you miss a class

• Check this site. Info and links will be provided

• Upon return to class, check the "We Missed You" folder for any hard copies you missed

• Turn in anything that was due when you were absent

• Be prepared to make up a missed test or quiz ASAP; you are not guaranteed to have extra days to study

• A charged Chromebook

• A notebook/journal - this may be kept in the classroom

• Something to write with

• Something to help you organize your materials:  a binder, a folder, etc.

Anytime you are submitting a typed document (either printing it or turning in electronically), make sure it includes the following guidelines:

• Heading on first page (right), containing your name, class period, and due date

• Centered title

• 1” margins

• Double spacing

• Times New Roman 12, Calibri 11, or Arial 11

• No extra spaces between paragraphs (or between headings and titles)

• No excessive spacing, bolding, italics, or photos
