Background – The Collective Bargaining Agreement (“CBA”, “Contract”) between BRSFA and BRSSD is the living document that guarantees our working and learning conditions. It is the result of decades of work by the Bargaining Team, our Members, the District, and our School Board. To continue strengthening our contract, communicate with your Site Reps, BRSFA leadership, and each other. If you feel that our contract is being misinterpreted or violated, consult the Grievance section of the website and consult our union leadership.
