All other even years you have the choice of doing an SEP or AEP.

By January 20th - permanent employees will have one formal evaluation completed. Probationary/Temporary/Intern will have at least two formal evaluations completed.

Conferences for providing feedback from the evaluation need to be held within 7 working days following the observation.
By March 1st - Probationary/temporary/interns will receive their Summative Report. The member has ten working days to attach comments or responses if the member desires.

Signing the evaluation sheet does not mean that you agree with what was written, It is proof of it being received by the member.
Professional Support and Improvement Plan (PiP)
If a member receives a “Standard Not Achieved” on any of the Standards 1-5 they will be placed on a PiP for the next school year.
