**Action Required: Sign up for Rehearsal & Presentation slots here. Slots are first-come, first-served (FCFS).

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Format: Google Slides only.

• Length: Maximum 15 minutes (followed by 15 minutes of Q&A/transition).

• File Naming: Please use the following formats:

  • Draft: [Name]_Presentation Rehearsal Draft

  • Final: [Name]_Presentation Final

• Content: Your presentation should include visual documentation of your work, personal/visual influences, and a comprehensive narrative of your process and theory.

EVENT 1: REHEARSALS DAY

Friday, April 17 | 11:50 AM – 3:30 PM | List 315

• The Goal: Leigh and I will provide feedback on your flow and address technical issues (audio/video, links, image quality).

• The Draft: It doesn’t need to be final, but it should be close enough to test all media.

• Lunch: We will provide lunch! Please send dietary restrictions by April 11.

EVENT 2: HONORS PRESENTATION DAY

Friday, April 24 | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM | Mencoff Hall 205 (68 Waterman St) 

This is a celebration of your hard work! Each 30-minute block includes your 15-minute presentation followed by a discussion with peers, faculty, and our guest critic.

• Guest Critic: Rachel Gugelburger, a NYC-based curator focused on place-based practices.

• Food & Community:

  • Breakfast: 8:30 AM – 9:20 AM

  • Lunch: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM (Mencoff Hall Lobby)
