Awards

An award for a Junior or Senior Visual Art Concentrator. Independent concentrators may apply as long as they plan a career in some aspect of art. Eligible projects may be done as completely independent projects outside of Brown, as independent study projects, or as work within the regular department curriculum.

This is a travel award. Funds are available to any Junior Visual Art Concentrator. Proposal for travel should support your development as an artist.

Individual awards are available to VA Concentrators to support the purchase of supplies or materials for 3D/sculpture, installation, or performance projects.

Individual awards are available to Junior or Senior Visual Art Concentrators to support the purchase of supplies or materials for paintings or mixed-media work with an emphasis in painting.
