Please fill out this exhibition proposal form so that we know what kind of accommodations you may need for your artwork.
Upload your finished poster and artist statement here. Please export the poster as a pdf and the statement as a word document (docx).
Create a new tab at the bottom and label it with your name. Please provide the title, medium, and year for each piece you are exhibiting.
