The value of public health is on full display and people are beginning to understand that strong public health investments are fundamental to a healthy and prosperous society.
At the Brown University School of Public Health, our goal in creating the online Master of Public Health degree program is simple and ambitious: To equip the next generation of public health leaders with the data analysis capabilities, public health knowledge and leadership skills to tackle the global health challenges of our time.
As students in online Master of Public Health program, you are entering a program that was intentionally designed by Brown's School of Public Health to expand their internationally recognized MPH program to a wider range of students, and further reinforce SPH's existing commitment to interdisciplinary work, education, and equity. As you begin this 12-course program that features a case-based pedagogy, you will have many opportunities to collaborate with your peers who have diverse backgrounds and are located all over the world, while simultaneously being exposed to learning opportunities from industry leaders and experts who are bringing real-world experience to the virtual classroom. This program will also provide you with ample opportunities to connect with Brown's vast network of Public Health faculty as well as alumni engaged in various types of industries.
