2025-2026 DUG Officers:
Cara Ianuale is a senior studying HIAA and English with the intent to pursue art law. She's broadly interested in modern and contemporary art and is writing her thesis on Sherrie Levine’s rephotography and copyright. When she’s not busy researching, she’s editing for the Brown Art Review and sewing away in the Fashion@Brown studio. Reach out to her to chat about related research interests, navigating the HIAA department, finding the right post-grad path, or anything else that comes to mind!
Harrison is a junior from Nashville, concentrating in Architecture. While not concurrently pursuing a second A.B, Harrison has completed courses in French and Francophone studies and plans to study abroad in Paris. He loves collecting jewelry, looking at digital renders on Pinterest, and stomping around the studio in a good pair of boots. This past summer, Harrison conducted an independent research project on the Ballets Russes, focusing on material culture and the design, art, and literature surrounding its productions. Harrison is also a board member of Something on the Green, a student theater collective, and is particularly passionate about applications for architecture in set design and theater spaces.

She is passionate about exploring the areas of overlap between the two, particularly through sustainable design and urban real estate development. She is also a movie lover, and when not out around on campus can be found somewhere watching Netflix.
Zoe (she/her) is a senior Architecture concentrator from Santa Barbara, CA. She enjoys fiber crafts and brutalist architecture. When Zoe is not walking around looking at buildings in Providence, she is playing ultimate frisbee with the Cosmic Rays or running trips with the Brown Outing Club.
David Luviano is a junior at Brown University concentrating in Economics and Architecture. Passionate about the built environment, he is fascinated by how design shapes social interaction and creates meaningful experiences. With a passion for creative problem-solving, he explores the intersection of architecture and economics to design spaces that are both socially engaging and economically sustainable. He enjoys researching a site's cultural, social, and economic contexts to develop thoughtful, responsive projects that enhance community interactions and create lasting impacts.

She is deeply interested in issues surrounding urban planning and design, sustainability and climate resiliency.
