Building Class Community

There's one thing Brown volunteers all have in common: a dedication to building and maintaining strong communities. And community-building is both an art and a science. It entails implementing a set of practices (the science) that speaks to your class constituency's interests and needs (the art).

This training illuminates the common elements that define "community" and showcases the tools and best practices that Brown's alumni volunteer groups have developed to strengthen engagement and connection among alums.
