As part of our ongoing commitment to equity in the field of mindfulness, we have been deeply engaged in supporting the development and visibility of mindfulness teachers of color. This includes mentoring emerging BIPOC instructors, organizing affinity-based training spaces, and co-creating scholarship-supported retreats and workshops. We believe that representation matters—not only in who is teaching but in whose voices, wisdom, and lived experiences are centered in healing spaces.
