Otters started their climage change learning through fiction. Whilst reading the book, 'The Polar Bears' Home' by Lara Bergen, the class investigated melting ice in order to understand the effect of climate change on polar bears' habitat.

During Lockdown, as part of home learning, the children learned about how the Earth's climate is changing and then drew posters to raise awareness of how to help the Earth.
On return to school, the children composed poems imagining the world that they'd like to see.
