It's Back to School time already! All enrolled families should have received our 2026 - 2027 Family Welcome Letter at the email address listed on their registered New York City Schools Account. BSEA is a uniform school, and all students are expected to abide by the uniform code in the Student and Family Handbook each day.Â
All students wear either black or khaki bottoms. Blue, black, or green bottoms/sweat pants are allowed on gym days. Students may wear black jeans, but they should be free of rips and tears.
Students remain in the same shirt color all three years:
6th Grade (Class of 2029) will be in Navy Blue tops
7th Grade (Class of 2028) will remain in Hunter Green tops
8th Grade (Class of 2027) will remain in black topsÂ

As per changes in State Law and the New York City Public Schools Regulations, personal internet-enabled electronic devices are not allowed to be accessed during school hours. BSEA will continue to use Yondr pouches.
