Contract lengths are in weeks, generally 50 or 46 weeks. These will be sufficient lengths for your course attendance.
Rents are given in weekly rates, so multiply by the contract length if you'd like to know overall contract cost.
The room naming convention usually denotes their position in the house as if you are facing the front door, e.g. GFFL= Ground Floor Front Left bedroom, FFBR= First Floor Back Right bedroom, etc. Check the floor plan if you are not sure.
Unless stated otherwise, bills (gas, electric, water, wifi) will need to paid independently by tenants in addition to rent. Students are Council Tax exempt.

Details: A five bedroom house close to Temple Cowley shopping centre. Double beds in all rooms. Driveway parking available and good sized living area.
17 Cherwell Drive
Details: A detached house along a main road with a very short walking distance to local food shops. Not far from the Marston Road Campus. Has a good-sized driveway for multiple cars and a spare room for study/storage.
26 Outram Road
Details: Conveniently located between Florence Park and the Templars Square shopping centre, where tenants can find shops, cafés and the U5 bus stop to the campus and the city.
29 Old Marston Road
Details: A semi-detached house located on the main road in the Marston area. Local amenities include a co-op just 120 meters away. Roughly 3-minutes’ walk from a U5 bus stop.
51 Gardiner Street
Details: Modern house in the Headington area, with Headington Campus within walking distance. Under a 10-minute walk to the main Headington shops. A good-sized lounge and small garden.
