Always remember to put some time aside for yourself to take part in some activities which focus on your wellbeing. Along with completing the other activities on the hub while you are at Summer School, why not use your down time to:

Do a yoga video

Every university has its own Support and Wellbeing teams, although they might be called something slightly different. We'd recommend looking at our Support Services Map activity to provide you with an overview.
