Below is every Truman Cross Country and Track & Field athlete that has been named to  All-League teams during their time as a Tiger.

Harry S Truman XC/TF has competed in multiple leagues. At the school's inception in 1981-1982, Truman competed in the final season of the Lower Bucks County League. The school then entered the Suburban One League, where it has remained since. Truman has competed in multiple conferences and divisions within the league, but it currently resides in the National Conference, Patriot Division. The Suburban One League has honored athletes both by division and conference at different points in its history.
