Making choices can be difficult and is more challenging if you do not have key information. Over the next few weeks in school we will explore different option choices and give students opportunities to discuss their own personnel pathway. Some students will know what they want to do as a career, but there will be many that still do not have a clear idea. This is OK and we hope that this site will allow students and parents/carers to explore different careers, explain options at Post 16 and provide an opportunity to think carefully about their future, before making their Option choices.

Yr 10 Options

Year 9 will be asked, in the next few weeks, to choose their GCSE\Level 2 options.  They have the opportunity to choose 4 subjects they wish to study in Year 10 and 11 from a selection of 17 different subjects.  All students will study GCSE\Level 2 courses in English Language, English Literature, Maths and either the 3 Separate Sciences or Combined Science.

To select your Option choices click the Option Form link on the top menu. Please ensure you complete all the information required and submit by Friday 23rd February 2024. The form will not be open for submitting until Monday 29th January.
