What Equipment do I need? A kit list to help you pack everything you need, but no more than is necessary - after all, you have to carry it!
How do I pack a Rucksack? Please follow this - it is designed to ensure on multiday trips wet kit and dry kit are kept apart, and to allow you to access key bits of your kit at key moments, without having to empty your bag to find them!
What Food will work well on Expedition? You want lightweight, calorific foods that pack easilly and avoid you making your cooking kit too dirty.
