More often than not, many tech issues are due to Clever, Toddle, and Moby time out. This means although it's showing that you are logged in it is not tracking anything you are imputing. This can be fixed with a simple refresh of the screen.

Google Chrome:
Open Google Chrome.
Click on the three dots in the top-right corner to open the menu.
Hover over "More tools" and then click on "Clear browsing data".
In the dialog box that appears, select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".
Choose the time range from which you want to clear the data. For a complete clear, select "All time".
Click on "Clear data" to confirm.
Safari (macOS):
Open Safari.
In the top menu, click on "Safari" and select "Preferences".
Go to the "Privacy" tab.
Click on "Manage Website Data".
Click on "Remove All" to remove all cookies and cache.
Confirm by clicking "Remove Now".
