Mandatory "Need to Know" Certification (50 Questions): This fundamental certification is required for all employees and independent contractors, including management. It covers essential FMCSA regulations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of DOT compliance and providing our company with a competitive advantage through a well-informed workforce.

Company Driver Certification (100 Questions): This certification is exclusively for Company Drivers. It assesses knowledge of Bright Trucking's operational procedures, including application usage in workflows and detailed situational policies, setting clear expectations for drivers.

Independent Contractor Certification (50 Questions): This certification is specifically for Independent Contractors and focuses on Safety and Day-to-Day Outside Operations.
