About Me

My name is Eileen O'Reilly and I am originally from Connecticut. I moved to South Carolina by way of North Carolina and love living in the LowCountry with my husband Austin. I have 17 years of teaching experience which includes middle school math up through AP Precalculus and sciences including middle school, physics, anatomy and physiology, biology, chemistry, and aeronautics. After 14 years of splitting my time in administration and the classroom, I am delighted to focus all of my time in the classroom teaching 8th graders at Bridges Preparatory School. I earned my Bachelor's of Science degree in Allied Health Science from the University of Connecticut, my Master's degree in Education from Central Connecticut State University, and my Educational Specialist degree in Christian Leadership from Gordon College. My teaching certifications include elementary education, special education, middle and high school math, and middle and high school science. In my free time, I enjoy going to the beach and golfing with my husband. We are going to have a fantastic year together exploring all of the fun, useful, and interesting things we can do with math!
