The needs of Japanese learners are surprisingly diverse.
The purposes for studying Japanese vary widely: people who want to experience Japanese culture while living abroad; tourists who want to communicate with locals while traveling in Japan; individuals of Japanese descent seeking their identity through language; those who dream of living in Japan someday; international students aiming for university enrollment or employment in Japan; and people already working at Japanese companies or their family members.
Understanding the specific goal of each and every one of these learners, developing a shared plan, and supporting them on that journey is what makes Japanese language education truly rewarding for me. As a result, every lesson is a customized, 'Only One' experience.

As an experienced Japanese teacher, I naturally find myself supporting learners through various life events. These can include: preparing for job interviews in Japanese, starting employment/coming to Japan, daily life in Japan, professional life, relationships/marriage, job changes, career shifts, childbirth/parenting, raises/promotions, apartment contracts, moving, returning to their home country, etc. You can often feel uncertain, especially when the time for renewing your residence status approaches.
Please consult with me, a professional holding both the National Certified Career Consultant and the Foreign Worker Employment and Labor Consultant (Gaikokujin Koyō Rōmushi) qualifications.

国家資格キャリアコンサルタントの実技試験では、15分の面接ロープレがあります。この中で求められるのは、クライアントの気持ちを汲み取る「傾聴」。これが、最初ははなかなか難しいものです。うまくできずに、試験テクニックに頼って空回りしていませんか？
キャリコンを目指す多くの方は、実は『傾聴されたことがない』のが事実です。まずは、傾聴される体験からスタートして、傷つかない環境でロープレをやってみませんか？ 試験対策以外でも、課題ヒアリングがなかなかうまくできないという方にも、役に立つ内容です。
