Advisory & class gradebook
In 6th Grade we have implemented a class gradebook. We will send all parents & guardians an email with a link to their child's gradebook. The gradebook will include each student's:
-Personalized learning plans (PLP)
-Behavior notes
-Scores for their math and reading progress tests
-Scores for class work
-Progress Report (digital report card)
As the parent or guardian, you will have viewing permission. If you have any questions or comments please email your student's Advisor (homeroom teacher). We will do our best to keep the gradebook as up to date as possible.
FAQs
Do students need to bring any supplies?
No, all supplies will be provided. If students would like to bring something special or personal they can. We ask that any art supplies (paint, special markers, pens, etc.) be left in the student's locker until recess and or any other specified free time.
Will there be homework?
Yes....and No. Students will not be assigned homework by their teachers, but will help create their own activities to help with any goals they set in their PLPs.
