Lead 6th Grade - Math/Reading
I love being a Bridge Bullfrog! I’m excited to be part of a team that shares my same values and beliefs in teaching. The Personalized Learning Model offered at Bridge is an awesome educational approach to learning. I love working with and collaborating with my peers as we strive to make this the best educational experience for our students.
I am a graduate of Weber State University with a degree in Elementary Education and I have been teaching sixth grade for the past eight years.
My husband Kurt and I have been married for 30 years and we have a daughter, son-in-law, and two beautiful grandsons who are our pride and joy. As a family, we enjoy playing board games, barbequing, and camping. Some of my hobbies are sewing, gardening, and genealogy.
Naomi Gonzalez
6th Grade - Math/Language
Naomi Gonzalez is extremely excited to be a part of Bridge Elementary and to be teaching 5th-grade math. She is graduating from Weber State University in April with a degree in Elementary Education and a Math Endorsement. Although she was born in California, she has been living in Roy for most of her life and loves the community. Naomi speaks Spanish, has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, plays the piano, and is learning the violin. She enjoys learning new things and sharing that knowledge with others.
