This month is a hot one - please remember to put your student's name on their water bottle and remind them to refill it at our water stations.  This month, I am completing our Social Thinkers presentations with TK-3rd Grade. Our 4th and 5th grade classes will get presentations on our school theme for this month of "Be Supportive". Our students are becoming very efficient at self-calming with deep breathing - ask them to show you! Take care and have a great month,  Mrs. Souza

August has been a busy month!!! Students seem very happy to be back at school and staff are so supportive of students and their success at Krey. I have been going into TK-2nd Grade classrooms to present our districts 'Social Thinkers' curriculum and in 3rd Grade with 'Social Problem Solvers'. I am so proud of students participation when I am presenting!  Some 4th. and 5th. grade classes were able to participate in a presentation for this months theme - BE RESPONSIBLE.  We are able to practice calming breaths before my presentations and the younger grades love to be caught "actively listening" while I am speaking.

Stay hydrated and cool!
