Medical 504

For Students Requiring Emergency Medications or Medical Accommodations:

If your student has medical conditions that require emergency medications, such as EpiPens, Diastat, or Glucagon, or if your student has medical accommodations, please contact your child’s school to arrange for a potential 504 Medical Accommodation Plan. We want to ensure that all necessary medications and accommodations are in place to support your child's health and well-being during the school day.

The medical 504 plans are reviewed annually.
