BEFORE THE CARNIVAL:
Make sure to post the Carnival announcement on Parent Square (May 26)
Fill out the excel sheet for your classroom with parent names (No revisions after 3 p.m. on June 9th)
Make sure you know your carnival times, when the bus leaves and when pick up will be.
Make sure all students use the bathroom facilities before leaving!
Remind students they need to follow the school rules!
DURING THE CARNIVAL:
Make sure you also bring a copy of your sign out sheet in case of any issues.
Assist staff in charge with the parent sign out sheet for your class
If you have students that do not have a parent/guardian, please be prepared to take them around the carnival. We will try to get additional community members/staff to assist with students.
Make sure you are at the designated pick up location when you are supposed to depart for school. A staff member will be there to assist with students/busing and make sure that all students are accounted for.
Don't forget to go to the ice cream truck! This year, staff will have to purchase their own ice cream as the fifth grade funds will not be able to cover the cost.
