What happens if I need to change the adult that is coming?
Please reach out to your child's teacher to make any adjustments. NO schedule changes will be allowed after June 9th at 3:00 p.m.! Please make sure you have all information in to the teacher by Tuesday, June 9th.
What happens if I have younger children? Can they attend?
We ask that only adults accompany the students for the Carnival. We want to celebrate the ending of a terrific school year with your student and have their accomplishments be the main focus.
What if I have multiple children in school?
If you have more than one child attending the carnival, students may only attend during their designated time slot and cannot remain for another carnival session regardless of the time slots. Your child can return to school at the end of their scheduled carnival session or you may sign them out and leave the carnival.
Cost for the Carnival
The Carnival will be free for all participants. All carnival games, snacks and drinks will be offered free of charge except the ice cream truck. Students will get a ticket for the ice cream truck but parents/guardians will have to pay for their ice cream if they choose to get it.
Where do we park?
Parking will be located behind the Village of Croghan Barn, along the fence of the ball field and on the side of the road on William St.
