Parking:
Please make sure you park in the designated Parent Parking which will be located behind the Village of Croghan Barn, along the outfield ball fence, and along William Street.
Number of Guests:
Students are limited to up to TWO guests for the Carnival. No exceptions will be made.
Sign out procedures:
When you arrive at the park, all parents/guardians will sign their child out at the front table area. We ask that parents are patient with us as we get their information and they sign out their child. No student will leave the carnival without notifying the teacher so that we can keep all students accounted for.
If your child is returning to school, please make sure they are at the bus pick up location on time. Check the schedule for exact times.
Ice Cream Truck:
Students will be provided tickets for the ice cream truck. Any adult that wishes to purchase ice cream may do so with cash. Most items are available for $3.
Carnival Schedule/Times:
If your children have different assigned carnival times, we ask that you follow each schedule and wait off campus for the next student to arrive. For example, student 1 has an assigned carnival time from 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and student 2 has an assigned carnival time of 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Please make sure your hour wait time (11:30 - 12:30) between students is spent off carnival grounds.
Bathrooms:
There are limited bathroom facilities at the Croghan Park that may not be Handicap Accessible. Please plan accordingly before arriving.
