Support Services for the ERF
Event Request Form - In addition to submitting a new event, you can use the ERF to ask for support services.
These services include:
Posting your event to the Braver Angels Public and/or Member-Only Calendar
Request Staff Support for your event or review your current volunteer team
Request attendee advance registration be set upon a Braver Angels Eventbrite or Zoom account
Request a Zoom meeting be created for your event on a Braver Angels Zoom account
Blank ERF Entry Form - Organizers use this to collect the data needed to submit your ERF. It shows what information is required to submit the form, plus also lists the optional data fields. If you don't understand something, please check the Details tab in the same spreadsheet linked here.
Modify an Event
ERF Link Reminder - Lead organizers use this if you can't find your ERF link to edit an existing event. If the lead organizer isn't available, you'll find more help listed in FAQs below.
Use ERF Data
Staff Support - Check here to find events needing staffing and a listing of current volunteers for an event. Note there are two tabs to this spreadsheet. One shows staff needed and one shows current staff.
Event Contact Info - if participants contact Braver Angels asking for assistance with an event, this spreadsheet shows who the participants are told to contact. If the information is incorrect, the Organizer should update the ERF. This was previously called the Eventhelp Dataview.

ERF Data - What Is Required? - This contains information about the questions within the Event Request Form, including which data MUST be provided to submit the form. Organizers should review this before submitting their form for the first time.
