Dear Parents and Students of Team 6-1,
Welcome to Team 6-1! We are excited to meet all of you, and we know that we’ll have a fantastic year together. We hope that you are enjoying your summer and taking some time to relax. Feel free to contact us via email if you have any questions or concerns about the beginning of the year. We look forward to working with you!
Helpful reminders:
The 6th grade supply list is organized by subject. 6th Grade Supply List. Feel free to label your materials with your name and team number before you arrive at school.
In June, all incoming 6th grade students received a copy of the novel Treasure Hunters and a summer reading pledge/reading log. Upon returning to school in August, students will participate in class discussions and activities related to the summer reading book. Additionally, we ask each child to keep track of their reading this summer.
Students also received a Summer Math Packet. Upon returning to school, kids will be asked to turn in their completed packet for their first math grade of the year.
Please review any school related emails regarding the beginning of the school year.
