Volunteering at Oakwood
Below is a link to the Volunteer Criminal Background Check form that needs to be filled out with a copy of your driver's license, if you would like to be a volunteer at our school for the following activities:
Helping in our classroom (we will send a note with a calendar when this is starting)
Attending field trips
Helping with Oakwood Booster activities
Please send back this paperwork as soon as possible. Remember if you or any family member would like to work with students (when we start this) or attend field trips this form and copy of driver’s license needs to be submitted. If you need extra copies you can find it on my website. I appreciate your time and look forward to seeing you at Oakwood!
Medication at School
If you child needs to take medication at school, you need to fill out the form below. All medication needs to be brought into the office by an adult. It can't be sent to school in your child's backpack. Same needs to be done if you are sending in cough drops.
