Ashton Graybiel Spatial Orientation Lab

Research at the Graybiel Lab helps to explain and solve practical problems in aeronautics, astronautics and clinical populations. Postdoc Dr. Vivekanand Vimal from the lab has been a core element of the Augmenting the Human initiative, whose experiences and research at the lab drive the theme of the initiative.

Deis Robotics

At Deis Robotics, we strive to foster an atmosphere of learning and growth in a variety of technical fields, with the ultimate goal of building fully operational electronic systems. Beyond the day to day operations of constructing robots, this club seeks above all to be a space for students to explore and develop their engineering and other related skills in an organic way that might not be found in the classroom.

DEIS VR (Virtual Reality)

deisVR seeks to bring students the unique experience of virtual reality, while empowering them with the tools to imagine and create their own 3D environments to explore. The club houses a variety of XR tech including VR headsets and AR goggles, as well as educational resources to get started with Unity and Blender.

Waltham High School

Outreach is one of the projects we are passionate about. We are grateful to be working closely with the nearby Waltham High School, providing teaching modules about research and using Arduinos for research. We collaborate with Mrs. Marisa Maddox, an AP Biology teacher at WHS on this endeavor.
