Welcome
Here at BCMS we encourage all students to make the most of their experience both on the field and off. All students interested in participating in seasonal athletic sports teams should be sure to get all required forms in by the deadlines provided.
A Sports Physical Form is required to be completed and sent to the School Nurse by the deadlines for season. Sports Physicals are valid for ONE CALENDAR YEAR.
A Health History Form is required for EACH SEASON your child participates.
SPORTS PHYSICAL PAPERWORK completed by Primary Physical due to BCMS Nurse by:
Winter Season: October 7, 2022 - no longer accepting paperwork
Spring Season: February 10, 2023 - no longer accepting paperwork
IMPORTANT!
Upon receiving the SPORTS PHYSICAL PAPERWORK, the BCMS Nurse brings it to the School Doctor for final viewing. If approved, the student athlete will be medically cleared for ONE CALENDAR YEAR. If not approved, the paperwork is returned to BCMS with the reason why and will need to be re-submitted with updated information. This entire process takes approximately one month. It is imperative that the initial SPORT PHYSICAL PAPERWORK from the Primary Physician is to the nurse NO LATER than the deadline listed above.
PRACTICE INFORMATION
Practice Times: 3 - 4:30pm
Parent Pickup: 4:35pm
Later bus Departure: 4:45pm
Student Drop-off and Pick-up Reminders
1. Students are permitted to drop off their equipment in the locker room no earlier than 7:57 am.
2. Parents and guardians are not permitted to park in the bus lane in front of the school
3. Students not picked up on time will be sent home on the late bus (departs around 4:45 pm)
