A MESSAGE FROM THE COACHES

In general, practice will end at 4:35 pm. 

Meets begin around 4 pm.  All runners need to stay until the end of both races. If it is a home race, we will bring all the runners inside before we dismiss them. For away races, parents should have designated who could take their child home on their coach permission form. If in doubt, send a note into the school on the day of the race so we know who will pick your child up. They may leave from the race site or ride the bus back to BCMS and be picked up here. 

In case the race is canceled because of rain, We will email you and an announcement will be made over the PA.

Due to the nature of the sport, it is difficult for us to give exact/accurate start and end times for the meets because the length of each race and travel times will vary.  Generally, the meet begins after both teams arrive at the meet location and the visiting team walks to the course (Approx. 4pm).  The boys and girls run their races separately (usually), and we return to school once both races are finished.
