Instructors 

Known as "Kathy on the Keys." She has taught and performed professionally for over 30 years.  

Serving as Outreach coordinator for the Prescription Advantage Program; she has been with the Executive Office of Elder Affairs for the past 12 years. In this role, Kathy works with Massachusetts seniors, elder advocates, and caregivers to educate them about Medicare prescription drug plans and how Prescription Advantage works as a secondary payer. Kathy worked a number of years at both Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, managing claims operations and training. Prior to joining Elder Affairs, Kathy was the operations manager at LifePlans, Inc. in Waltham, Massachusetts where she coordinated claims management, care coordination, and eligibility assessments for 22 long-term care insurance companies. She has a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration from Stonehill College. 

A professional dance instructor who has studied, performed, and competed in ballroom and Latin dance for over 20 years. She trained at Ballroom Off Fifth in New York City for three of those years and was blessed to compete throughout the U.S.  

A business professional who understands the pressures of balancing daily life and work; she has been hooked on energy work since 1997.  She is certified in QiGong, Chair and Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Acupressure and is a Reiki Master.  She has brought her skills to the military through their “There and Back Again” program.  In a world where so many of us experience stress, anxiety and illness let Marie show you a way to harness your own energy to feel alive and healthy. 

Nancy is a long time instructor for knitting and crochet.

A Senior Broker Associate at Success Real Estate; his diverse professional experiences include architectural design, property management, mortgage and real estate. Calvin has been a full-time realtor for almost 19 year.  Real estate concentrations are included residential and commercial brokerage and investments, business opportunities and investments, rentals, short sales, foreclosures, and property management. My volunteer works include host and co-producer of a TV show called Real Estate Focus at BCAM, real estate presenter with MAHA, ACDC, and BHS, and involvement with Boyscout in Braintree. I love playing piano and guitar as my favorite hobbies and spending time with my lovely family during leisure times. 

Sage is a culinary extraordinaire and an artistic marvel and always provides a unique and create experience.

Holding a bachelor's degree in history from Boston College; he is an experienced professional tour guide in Boston.  

Matt provides  professional expertise on Social Security Planning.

Elisa is an energetic instructor for our Zumba interested students and brings a youthfulness to the class.

Chris will direct and help guide your investments in the volatile market.

Having received KRI certification in Peterborough New Hampshire under the guidance and training of Hari Kirin Kaur Khalsa and Snatum Kaur Khalsa; Julieanna  is currently a substitute teacher for Nancy West at Real Life Yoga Studio Holbrook Massachusetts. She works as an assistant in the level one Kundalini teacher training at The Baba Siri Chard Yoga and Retreat Center -  Ashram in Millis Massachusetts. Julieanna is a Usui Reiki and Karuna Reiki master teacher,  an herbalist and a sound healer. She works full time in the insurance industry as a Massachusetts property and casualty insurance agent/broker. 

Julieanna is a perennial optimist. Her mission as a Kundalini Yoga instructor is to inspire and invigorate  her students, to deepen their understanding of this ancient yogic technology,  and to experience the consciousness  of self.
