We love our Library at Oak Grove Elementary School. 

Whether your child comes in here to learn, create, read, or just chat, you can be confident that they will feel safe, included and happy. With our diverse selection of book titles, we make sure that each grade feels welcomed and can choose from a large selection of fiction or non fiction books.

We incorporate various styles of learning to accompany our different books that all meet TN learning standards and it is our goal to spark interest by teaching learning concepts in new and different ways.  Some of these include the following:

• Accelerated Reader Challenges

• Reading Workshops

• Book Fairs

• Discussion Based Activities

• Technology Based Learning

• Art Based Instruction

We maintain a fun and interesting environment by encouraging children to read and research in their own specially designed areas including a kindergarten book area and a 4th and 5th grade lounge area.
