Scientific and methodological problem
‘The unity of education and scientific research as a tool for victory and post-war reconstruction in Ukraine’
“Anyone who doesn't study 5-10 hours a week will become as obsolete as technology” Randall L. Stephenson
The development of innovative technologies - the basis of educational reforms - is turning education into a productive sector of the economy. Life presents us with new challenges, and we can only overcome them by acquiring new knowledge. Today's teachers are required to have continuous professional development.
On January 10, 2025, the traditional January pedagogical readings were held at the Municipal Institution “Balta Pedagogical Professional College”. Teachers and researchers were offered an independent choice of self-realization in different areas of study and types of knowledge.
Teachers of the Center for Psychological and Pedagogical Disciplines Bronzel L.A., Donchuk N.V., Ivanov V.V., Shchur V.A., Malinoshevska A.S., Povorozniuk I.V. conducted a training “Pedagogy of Partnership in Modern Relationships of Educational Process Participants” to improve previously acquired professional competencies and acquire new competencies in accordance with the requirements of the Professional Teacher Standard. It was about the application of the mechanism of realization of subject-subject relations between the teacher and the student, the main forms of constructive interaction with parents in the interests of students.
Svitlana Popelnytska, a foreign language teacher, conducted a practical intensive course on “Communicating in English in a Professional Circle”, introducing the participants to high-quality practices for maintaining the proper level of English proficiency required for professional activities. The trainer used activities to express their thoughts, desires, intentions, and explain their actions in the educational process and professional communication.
Vasyl Kharitonovych Vikhrenko and Tetiana Serhiivna, teachers of music disciplines, united the teachers with an exciting meeting with Ukrainian musical art by holding a practical intensive “Let's save all the treasures of the Ukrainian land”. Everyone could try their hand at playing the flute, regardless of their level of artistic skill, reveal their creative essence, learn new things and find inspiration.
Today, there is a lot of talk about methodological bullying of teachers, complaints about formalism, paperwork, and forced participation in trainings, seminars, and workshops. Most professionals focus on productivity and efficiency rather than the speed of improvement. The participants are incredibly grateful to the trainers for their professionalism and competence, activity and indifference to the implementation of educational changes. Of course, you can buy a teacher's time, physical presence, skills and abilities for a salary, but you cannot buy enthusiasm, initiative, devotion of heart and soul. This requires inspiration, an internal reserve of strength, time and tools that will work for the result.
We believe in Victory and are making efforts on our own methodological front. Everything will be Ukraine!
