The defence of term papers by the final year students of the Municipal Institution ‘Balta Pedagogical Professional College’ is underway.
This important form of training of highly qualified specialists provides the ability to select appropriate forms, methods, techniques and tools for research activities, forms a creative approach to the organisation of the educational process in general secondary education institutions in future teachers.
The scientific topics of the course papers are diverse and original, because pedagogical science: theory and practice changes every three to five years. All of them represent the artistic educational field (music) in the context of educational transformation.
Lishchenyuk Victoria and Kravchenko Daria, group 41; Grokhovetska Valentyna and Bondarenko Daria, group 43, supervised by Vikhrenko Tatiana, successfully completed their term papers, highlighted the collected practical material and presented their own research.
Course supervisors complement the activities of teachers of professional and practical training, motivate the applicant to research activities, ensuring that the college graduate achieves the highest degree of pedagogical excellence, his or her successful work in the LSE, and further professional and creative growth.
We are proud to congratulate Yulia Kryvko (group 32), a student of the Balta Pedagogical Professional College, who took second place in the final stage of the XV International Taras Shevchenko Literary and Language Competition among students of Ukrainian higher education institutions.
We sincerely congratulate her mentor, Natalia Myagkokhod, a teacher of Ukrainian philology, for her effective work with gifted youth and significant achievements in conducting the most active forms of extracurricular activities with students. Nataliia Mykolaiivna has repeatedly trained winners of national and international competitions, contests, and competitions.

Alina Chernega, a second-year student of the Balta Pedagogical Professional College, won the second (regional) stage of the XIII International Taras Shevchenko Literary and Language Contest for Pupils and Students.
Congratulations to the best connoisseurs of Shevchenko's words, Alina Chernega and her mentor, Ukrainian philology teacher Alla Katashynska, for taking first place.
We wish you strength and inspiration for new achievements, as well as satisfaction and inspiration from the results.
Participation in the contest is always a useful and interesting experience. Technology teacher Nataliia Melenyshyn thanks Anna Vasylitska, a student of group 42, for her creative cooperation in making a vytynanka with elements of the application “Cherry Orchard near the house”, which was highly appreciated by the jury of the international competition “Tatra of stars 2022”1 .
In order to develop children's and youth art, identify gifted and talented children and youth, and strengthen the influence of professional art in the aesthetic education of the younger generation, the International Art Competition “STURM” was held on April 27-28 in Kaniv, Cherkasy region.
Among the participants were representatives from Poland, China and different parts of Ukraine. Odesa region was represented by students of the Municipal Institution “Balta Pedagogical Professional College” - students of group 31 Daria Gazhiy (nomination “Vocal Art”), Daria Kravchenko (nomination “Instrumental Genre”), Claudia Palyarush, student of group 45 Anastasia Oliynyk (nomination “Fine Arts”) and teachers of the Municipal Institution “Balta Pedagogical Professional College” Cycle Commission of Art Teachers Buyanovska V. V. and Kravchenko V.V.
The contestants had the opportunity not only to perform, but also to receive expert advice from leading Ukrainian artists, as well as useful tips, knowledge and skills, exchange of experience and broadening of the understanding of contemporary art from professional jury members, which are necessary for every aspiring artist to further develop their creative career.
It was extremely pleasant to get acquainted with the artist Lyubov Minenko, who held a master class in folk painting, to meet with the Honored Artist of Ukraine Ruslana Lotsman, to talk to Oleksiy Begletsov, blogger and music producer of Outside Records.
A charity auction was held as part of the contest, and all the funds raised were donated to the soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The event was highlighted by the awarding ceremony and a concert by Ukrainian showbiz stars and guests.

Congratulations to the winners of the regional stage of the XXIII Petro Yatsyk International Ukrainian Language Competition.
Every year our students participate in the Petro Yatsyk International Ukrainian Language Competition.
The purpose of the competition is to ensure the comprehensive development and functioning of the Ukrainian language in all spheres of public life, to promote its status as the state language, and to raise the prestige of the Ukrainian language among young people.
Students participate in three stages: at the college, in the regional and final stages.
On December 18, 2022, the regional stage of the XXIII Petro Yatsyk International Ukrainian Language Competition in the academic year 2022-2023 was held.
According to the results of the competition, a student of our college, Maksym Svirgunov, group 22, took first place in the competition. Maksym showed a high level of theoretical knowledge of his native language, practical skills to build a coherent statement according to the structure, showed the ability to skillfully and creatively express his own opinion.
Congratulations to the winner, Maksym Svirgunov, and his teacher, Natalia Myagkokhod.

Kateryna Bakan is a creative student of the Balta Pedagogical Professional College, studying in group 31. The girl expressed her desire to take part in the All-Ukrainian Contest of Fine and Decorative Arts. The result of her hard work was the composition “Ukrainian Seals”, which depicts the war in Ukraine in a stylized and childlike way. Russian mice attack, but friendly Ukrainian seals fight back and eventually destroy all the aggressors. The applique is made of felt with embroidered details, complemented by rhinestones, and the frame is woven from ribbons.
