Automation Nation is a high school robotics team competing in both FIRST Robotics and OCCRA (Oakland County Competitive Robotics Association). Michigan is the global heart of competitive robotics, hosting over 15 percent of the teams in the nation who compete in FIRST Robotics. Automation Nation is a combined team made up of students from both Seaholm and Groves High Schools in Birmingham, Michigan. Automation Nation has been going strong since 2009.
