A Community of local buildings
Each student chose and built a local building using overlapping Lego bricks, and coded the interior as an interactive project using the program Scratch. Here are some screenshots to show you all our hard work!
Look at us in action as we worked in Scratch to add sprites that would fit the inside of our building.
Here are some examples of the possibilities we came up with.
Take a look at some of our Lego buildings in which we learned how to OVERLAP bricks to increase the strength of the structure. You'll notice that when we stacked, the building is not as stable. If you ask, students can log on to Scratch and show you the inside. You're going to like what you see!
