School to Careers

LIFE AS A CANALMAN...Bourne High School is a public high school located in Bourne, Massachusetts. We pride ourselves in offering our students a comprehensive learning experience while also providing small classes and a spirited school climate.

We offer students 18 Advanced Placement courses, an award-winning drama program, successful athletic teams, and have been awarded Innovation Pathways designations in Business & Finance, Environmental & Life Science, and Health Sciences.

THE BOURNE ADVANTAGE...The School to Career program at Bourne High School is designed to rethink and reimage secondary education.  Our goal is to connect coursework to the world of work and engage students in authentic learning experiences.

Bourne High School has innovative learning environments like the Sustainability Lab, Medical Center (home to our very own ambulance simulator), and Business Suite outfitted with a client meeting space.   

New technical coursework is being developed to align with our new career pathways in order to provide students with knowledge and skills aligned with these fields of study. Certifications and credentials are also being explored to ensure that a Bourne High School student has a career advantage upon graduation.
