Collection from Gatwick (Option)

If you would prefer to pick your child up from Gatwick on our return, we can accommodate this. In the interest of 'safety first' for your child and the group, it is strictly on the following provisos though:

1. We are informed in writing by the parent/s of each child to be collected (as you have), preferably before ski group departs the UK on the ski trip, but otherwise at least the day BEFORE departure from Europe.

2. It is parents' responsibility to arrive EARLY at Gatwick and find the group in arrivals - staff cannot leave the group to find parents, as we have coaches to board.

3. If parents are not in arrivals at Gatwick to collect on time, the child will return with us.

4. On day of return, an early morning confirmation text / call to Dr Silvester, on the school mobile is necessary, to confirm the pick up.

5. The parent/s must liaise with Dr S around arrival time in the UK - she can not be available to contact each parent on arrival, but can respond.

6. Parents must report with their child, to Dr Silvester in person, before leaving Gatwick.

7. The Ski organisers will keep a list of those to be collected from Gatwick. No child will be released, to child's parent or parent of another child, if not on this list
