What is the Safe and Sound Protocol?

The Safe and Sound Protocol is a listening therapy designed by Dr. Stephen Porges, a leader and expert in trauma and human nervous systems. He developed this system with other profressionals to create a safe, non-invasive and easy treatment to help those with trauma, sensory sensitivities, and those stuck in unfavorable nervous system responses such as depression and anxiety. SSP Treatment Only

A treatment package designed for individuals who are not looking for long term psychotherapy but still want the benefit from a short term treatment with the safe and sound protocol. Package includes a minimum of six sessions (50 minutes long), assessments, nervous system mapping, psychoeducation on nervous systems, delivery of the SSP and a transition plan. 


Cost of this package is determined between therapist and client before starting sessions based on economic privilege and equity scale. Package average is $650.
